		<description>Check out CallButler http://www.codeplex.com/callbutler.  CallButler is a FREE Windows-based open-source PBX.  Unlike 3CX, there are no limitations on "free".  Very impressive software - easy to use, impressive IVR tools via their inTELiscript IVR Studio, excellent call quality.  And the price is right. 

Someone dubbed them "the Asterisk of Windows".</description>
